Hatuchay Tower Machu Picchu Hotel
Room Rates:

The rates include buffet breakfast
and
buffet diner,
pick up and assistance from / to Machu
Picchu's train station and courtesies mentioned in room
description.

All rates are listed in American dollars and include all
taxes for foreign tourists and for Peruvians non-residents in Peru.

Children 7 years old (or lesser) can share the
room with their parents, in this case share the same beds.

In the hotel, we accept payments with credit
cards Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and cash with Nuevos Soles (local
currency), American Dollars and Euros.
Reservation Rules:

All additional requirements must be sent by e-mail to
reservas@hatuchaytower.com
or by fax to
(511) 446-5776 (Lima-Peru),
please notice that we won’t process any reservation by phone.

Once we check our availability we proceed to send the
confirmation of the reserve by e-mail, or fax, with the hotel reservation
code.

It is important to notice that we required passenger’s
complete information in order to confirm the reserves

Check in hour: 10:30 AM
Check out hour: 09:00 AM.

We accept cancellation for group passengers
made 30 days (or more) prior the arrival date.

Weather Conditions: In case of natural
disasters, severe weather, or any other acts of nature, and the train from
Cuzco to Machu Picchu is not arrive or cancel, the penalty is not
applicable.

The time limit to claim a refund is maximum 1
month after the arrival day.

The reimbursement will be provided within 30
days of the client submitting a claim.
Penalties:
-
No-Show: A penalty of the first night amount.

For every cancellation made by the passenger,
more than 16 days prior the arrival, must be subject to a penalty of US $
25.00 for administrative expenses.

For every cancellation made by the passenger,
within the 15 days prior the arrival, must be subject to a penalty of the
first night amount plus the US $ 25.00
-
For booking 2 or more nights: In the case
that passenger don't arrive at the hotel (no show) at the reserved date, and
haven't send a cancellation in advance, must loose the payment of 1 night
and the hotel will be able to have the room.
